SDM College of Engineering & Technology, Dharwad celeberated the 61st birthday of Dr. Veerendra Heggadeji today. A function was organized in college auditorium on 25th November which was fully packed with students and staff. Prof. V. N Sukumar, Dean adminstration chaired the event. Also present were SDME secretary, Mr Jeenendra Prasad Ariga, Prof. K .Gopinath, Prof. Karjagi and Dr Shivapur. Prof. Parvati spoke about the eventful career of President and highlighted his contribution in the spheres of education, social upliftment.The faculty, staff and students took a oath admininstered by Prof. Sukumar, rededicating themselves to the vision of President and work towards realising the social goals set by him.
The function was ended with vote of thanks by Prof. Gopinath
